THEY ARE SLOW
THEY HAVE REDTAPISM
THEY PRACTICE POLYTHEISM

A FILE IS DELAYED
FROM ONE TABLE TO ANOTHER
CUSTOMERS GET ANGRY
THEY ACCUSE THE GOVERNMENT
WANT ITS REMOVAL
GOVERNMENT DOES NOT GET MAJORITY
THEY LOSE CONFIDENCE OF PEOPLE
THEY LOSE TRUST!
THEY GET TO POWER IN COALITION AT LAST!!!
